Maintenance & Repair

A paper trail for heavy equipment breakdowns, from the first fault report on site to a printable recap in the office.

When an excavator or dump truck goes down on site, the details tend to live in chat messages and handwritten notes: when it stopped, what the hour meter read, which parts were swapped. By the time it reaches the office, half of it is missing.

This system gives operators two structured forms, one for maintenance & repair and one for sparepart replacement, that ask for exactly what the admins need, with photos or PDFs attached as evidence. Admins see every submission in one place, narrow it down with filters, and print a clean PDF for each job.

What  operators  and  admins  get

Two forms, no guesswork

Maintenance logs breakdown start and ready times, HM/KM readings, unit type, repair categories and the work done. Sparepart requests record part name, part number and quantity.

Evidence on every request

Photos and PDFs attach straight to a submission and are only served to signed-in users.

Print-ready recaps

Each submission renders to a formatted PDF through Puppeteer, and filtered lists export to Excel.

Accounts the admin controls

There is no self sign-up. Admins create operator accounts, and deactivating one cuts access immediately.
