Distribution Tracker
Stock tracking for PLN's field units: who holds which materials, tools and vehicles, and who has asked for more.
Materials, tools and vehicles move constantly between PLN's implementation units, service units and field posts (posko). Distribution Tracker gives every account a live view of its own stock and a request flow to ask for more.
I built the front end: a React app on top of a separate API, covering inventory, stock updates with a reason attached, a request inbox with approvals, and account management across the unit hierarchy.

Across the unit hierarchy
An inventory per account
Materials, tools and vehicles each have their own inventory and quantity views for the signed-in unit.
Requests with an inbox
Units request materials or tools with a reason, the receiving unit accepts or rejects them from its inbox, and every request exports to PDF.
Stock can't go negative
Consumption is checked against current stock before it's recorded.
A trail for every change
Each stock update keeps its reason and can be traced back per account.
