Water Meter Report
Meter readings captured in the field with photo proof, building up a usage history customers can check for themselves.
Technicians record each water meter reading on site, with the current and previous values, the location and photos, and file it under the customer. Every visit adds another point to that customer's history.
Customers are grouped by building, which matches how readings are actually collected. On the other side, customers sign in to see their own usage chart along with the reports and complaints filed for them.
